  • If available, please have ready the survey plot plan showing your home on the property.  Also indicate which direction the lot slopes if the lot is not level and any structures not shown on the plan.

  • Consider lawn size. This is the area you would mow and irrigate.

  • Notice the light exposure on the site(s) to be landscaped: morning sun/afternoon shade, morning shade/afternoon sun or all day sun.
